Last week had my van serviced by Stopfast Brakes and Bearings. Have to say was an awesome guy to deal with and upon asking about the bearings etc he took me through one wheel(of the dual axle) to show what he does and what to look for. I had never checked bearings on a braked system before and with what he showed me gives me great confidence to do if I had an issue on side of rd in middle of nowhere. Certainly will keep getting bearings etc checked by a professional but simple knowledge is invaluable. If in Melbourne sth eastern suburbs then can highly recommend him- even comes on site saving towing van to drop off and pick up later. Cheers all.

A huge thanks to Tim for his recent service of my off-road van. Without doubt, the most thorough and comprehensive service that I have had to date. Highly recommended, and very reasonably priced. Apart from that, he proved to be a really nice guy. Nothing was too much trouble. He’s Uber busy, so be prepared to book a few months ahead. You won’t be disappointed. Thx Tim.

Absolutely amazing don’t risk your life, first service and everything was loose and need some serious maintenance. We even got our electric brake system checked. Fantastic again.

Tim done an amazing job on my Mars Extremo camper trailer.
Tim was able to find alternative and effective solutions to some issues I had been having with it and repaired them.
He was also able to fabricate and repair the internal poles, which where the main cause of the other issues I was having.
Tim was very knowledgable, professional, honest and reliable and I would highly recommend him for any mechanical works and the fact that he is mobile and comes to you is a bonus.

I called Tim with an issue I was having replacing the rear brakes on my Datsun - Tim kindly offered his time and advice to talk me through the problem instead.

A true gentleman!

After disappointment with local caravan service suppliers on the Peninsula - I found Tim. I am extremely happy with his professional skill and experience. He is very easy to deal with, came to my home, replaced brakes (previous installation was extremely dangerous), replaced shockers, wheel alignment, changed tyres, maintained connections and checked everything. I am very happy now that my van tows straight, brakes like it should and very thankful that it is safe. Thank you Tim

There are few gems left in this world but Stopfast Tim is one of them. A true blue gent, skolar, and legend. Goes above and beyond many if not all other peers.
